If full-screen crashes, switch to windowed mode, then start Ragnarok and use Alt+Enter to switch to Full-Screen mode.

When I put RO on 1024*768 (my screen res) AND windowed mode, the size of the window is as big as my screen, but not RO, since it's obviously smaller to fit inside the border.
